Questions that should be raised include;

• Does the will protect children in the even of a surviving spouse re-marrying?
• Does the will protect vulnerable beneficiaries and preserve any means-tested benefits?
• Does the will protect young children and identify who will take care of them?
• Does the will protect the spouse or unmarried partner?
• Does the will contain any ambiguous terms that could be misinterpreted by executors?
