In the first new look Summer Quarterly Workshop we will be covering:

- Proposed abolition of automatic revocation of wills through marriage
- Lowering the age for making a Will
- Guest Speaker - Michael Budden LLB CTA. Michael began his career as a solicitor and then qualified as a chartered tax adviser at a big 4 firm. He designs and delivers tax and law courses across the UK and provides tax advisory services. During his engaging session Michael will be discussing recent changes to Inheritance Tax, including Business Property Relief (BPR). Key life events that trigger the need for pro-active advice. Common pitfalls and opportunities to help clients protect and preserve wealth across generations. How to position yourself as a trusted adviser through periods of tax change.
